Very upset!
I ordered two hats, I got an email stating shipping. It seemed to be going good. Then they stated that UPS gave it to the post office to deliver. Then I got a text message saying it was on its way. Still haven't recieved my items. I emailed New Era, they said to wait because their "policy" was 12 days until you received the items. Frustrated, I emailed that I had paid for 2 day shipping, so why the 12 days? They said that was policy. If the package doesn't come, I'm contacting them for a refund and I'll definitely never order from them again! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
you cant cancel an order , the order hasnt shipped in 5 days. the customer service is ok, however the agent told me my order would ship out 3 days ago, and hasnt. so i guess that was total BS . i wouldnt buy from them again. but i do love there hats. but go to another retailer rather direct from them.

My son brought home a cool As hat from Vegas a year ago but never wore it. I found it on his Grandmother's floorboard of her car recently and decided to wipe it clean when I realized WHY he never wore it. Stitching is so far off! Completely crooked. Even the bill isn't cut right and has a big lump on the front. The yellow lines and back tag are completely off center. Such a bumber because it looked nice on him (from afar...)

SCAM DONT BUY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WONT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK WGEN YOU CANCEL ANY ORDER. THERE IS A REASON WHY THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK
I just ordered three fitted Detroit Tiger hats and everything went great. The hats arrived about a week or less after I ordered them and were exactly what I ordered. If I had a complaint it would be that all the fitted mlb hats that I've ordered seem like the crown is shorter than the used to be but it's not a deal breaker
i had ordered 2 yankee hats expecting it to come within a week because that’s what the site had told me. so they said they would send me my confirmation email with my shipment number and everything ( they said within 1-2 days). i emailed them because i still have no shipment information i have no clue when i will get it. but my bank statements shows that the purchase has in fact went thru. so i asked if i should cancel the order because they aren’t trustworthy. no email back. Deadass this a terrible company to order from i recommend yall order from lids or somewhere else because this is unbelievable.????????
Terrible customer service, aftercare and shipping service, I made an order 2 weeks ago still waiting for my parcel.
I was sent the wrong item. After weeks of communication, they will not make it good nor tell me the cost difference. I was only offered a 20% discount on one new item.

Worst company ever. I made a purchase on the 5th of May and i’m still waiting for it although it said i was going to receive it in 3/6 business days. Terrible!!!
I finally finally got my package yesterday. A few days ago though, someone from the company emailed me and told me my "request" was solved. So I emailed back and said, no that I hadn't received my items. A prompt email was sent out to me telling me all about the policy again. So when I received the items, I thought to email them and say something to the effect of thank you but that I also wouldn't be ordering from their site again. But before I got the chance to do that, I was bombarded with 6 texts messages, and 4 emails, saying basically that the items were delivered and I should write a review about their service. Hmm, I don't think they would like that review. So instead, here's my review, if at all possible, buy in the store once they are reopened due to the pandemic. Or buy through another company. And DONT PAY FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING, ITS A SCAM!
